Masseria Il Frantoio is an organic farm set in the countryside of Puglia, a 10-minute drive from Ostuni and the sea. It offers free parking, rustic rooms, and excellent regional cuisine.
Il Frantoio is surrounded by citrus gardens and olive groves and features an original mill of the 15th century, still producing quality olive oil. Rooms are located in the main building, a bright white structure of the 19th century.
Common areas and rooms are decorated with antiques, and the Masseria even has a library with more than 1500 books, and a free internet point. Parasols and sun loungers are available at a partner nearby beach.
Masseria Il Frantoio’s homely restaurant offers set menus of characteristic regional specialties. Meals are served in the pretty inner courtyard.

We normally suggest to rent a car because it is the best way for sightseeing and the less expensive one. Our Masseria is in the countryside and you need a car to reach all the wonderful places here around. You would waste too much time waiting for buses and trains and most part of the train stations are not in the village but on the outskirts and this would mean to take a bus and then reach the village.

Dearest, Regarding the sitting area in the room, It depends on the type of rooms you choose. In some of the Superior rooms there is it, indicate your request in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate it. The pool can be used in October.
